Job Description

Strong experience with Python  (Lead level ): REST APIs, data pipelines, asynchronous programming, and integrations. 
Hands-on experience with SQL  and working with both structured and unstructured data. 
Experience with React  (Mid level ): Capable of maintaining and extending existing UIs. 
Familiarity with MongoDB and data modeling for flexible schemas. 
Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS : EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc. 
Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment. 
Will be a plus:  
Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions. 
Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript/text-based data analysis. 
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools. 
Soft Skills:  
Proven experience as a technical team lead: mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, driving architectura...
