Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java+python)

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer** with proficiency in Java and Python to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and preprocess data to prepare models for evaluation and training
- Create detailed technical documentations concerning AI/ML infrastructure, evaluations, and implementations
- Effectively communicate findings and results to stakeholders
- Work in collaboration with other software engineering teams and vendors to boost overall project success
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Java or Kotlin
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Python and background in AI/ML model development
- Capability to document complex processes and technical details
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing technology environment
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
