Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game, focusing on innovation and a thriving AAA Premium experience
Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game.
Coordinate with level design teams to ensure synergy between mechanics and progression.
Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
Build a collaborative relationship with the other departments, including Art, Technology, Online, Data, Audio, Production and Human Resources.
