Lead Generation Agent

Main Purpose of Job:  

The role of Lead Generation Agent involves calling potential customers to collect accurate vehicle and insurance information, which will be converted into qualified leads for our motor insurance sales team. Full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to gather car and insurance details.
• Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
• Convert collected data into warm, qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
• Meet lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication skills over the phone.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail in data entry.
• Previous call center or customer contact experience is preferred (training provided)...
