Cogent Labs is looking for Lead Generation Associates for its Lahore office.

Must-Have
0 to 1 year of experience in lead generation through Upwork using company profiles
Ability to create personalised proposals, outreach messages, and copywriting to win projects
Good technical understanding of the software industry and related technologies (specifically AI, automation, LLMs, integrations)
Proven track record in searching for and bidding on relevant projects
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Good To Have
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset (we value team players, not solo flyers)
Experience with CRM tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI products, or software agencies
