Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to design and scale our client acquisition engine. This role focuses on generating high-quality investor leads through digital channels, optimizing conversion funnels, and working closely with the sales team to drive account openings.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Build and manage lead generation funnels (ads landing pages conversion)
Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
Develop ad creatives and financial content that builds trust and drives action
Manage CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and nurturing campaigns (email/WhatsApp)
Coordinate with sales team to improve lead-to-account conversion
