Job Title: Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist to manage and scale high-quality prospect data for outbound sales campaigns. This role focuses on lead sourcing, data scraping, enrichment, and CRM management to directly support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ICPs into targeted lead searches across multiple platforms
• Identify decision-makers and build multi-threaded prospect lists
• Source and scrape leads using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Enrich and verify lead data to ensure high email deliverability
• Clean, standardize, segment, and upload data into CRM/outreach tools
• Track bounce rates, reply rates, and overall data performance
• Share weekly reports on data quality and sourcing efficiency
