Position: Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist

Location: On-Site – Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Fusion Cortex is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist to manage and scale high-quality prospect data for outbound sales campaigns. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth through accurate lead sourcing, data enrichment, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) into targeted lead searches across multiple platforms
• Identify key decision-makers and build multi-threaded prospect lists
• Source and scrape leads using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Enrich, verify, and validate lead data to ensure high email deliverability
• Clean, standardize, segment, and upload data into CRM and outreach tools
