Responsibilities

• Skip trace landlords or LLCs owning homes/apartments
• Identify correct owners and sales decision-makers
• Find and verify phone numbers, emails, and other contact details
• Conduct deep web and public-record research

Requirements

• Proven skip tracing experience
• Strong web research skills
• 2–3 years of research experience
• Real estate experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 55,000
• Fuel allowance: Rs. 5,000
