Leads4You is a B2B lead generation agency specializing in cold email outreach. We work with 13+ clients across various industries, generating high-quality leads through strategic email campaigns. We're looking for an exceptional operations manager to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day operations.
The Role
You'll be the operational backbone of Leads4You, managing everything from campaign execution to client communication. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly impact campaign performance and client success. You'll work independently, make decisions without constant oversight, and continuously improve our systems and processes.
