Lead Generation

We're hiring a full-time Lead Generation & Outreach VA to support our client acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on Upwork prospecting. You'll help manage 2–3 Upwork accounts, submit proposals, follow up with leads, and keep our outreach organized and responsive.

Your work will directly impact lead quality, conversions, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Submit job proposals and message leads on Upwork using AI tools (e.g., Claude AI)
• Monitor and respond to messages across multiple accounts
• Track outreach and follow-ups using CRM and spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate communication logs and submit daily reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Upwork Prospector or Virtual Assistant
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Familiar with AI tools and CRM systems
