Lead Generation Specialist (Clay + Smartlead)

We are a Canadian recruitment agency building an automated, signal-triggered lead generation engine, and we are looking for a Clay and Smartlead specialist to set it up, run it, and own our outbound campaigns on an ongoing basis.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who knows these tools deeply and can both build and maintain systems, not just operate them.

What you'll do:

A) Clay + signal-triggered lead gen:

• Set up and architect our Clay (clay.com) workspace
• Build tables that pull job postings from companies actively hiring across Canada
• Enrich the right hiring decision-maker for each opportunity
• Verify emails inside the workflow to keep deliverability clean and bounces low
• Apply scoring logic so only qualified, high-fit leads move forward
• Integrate Clay with Smartlead and push qualified leads into the right campaigns
