Lead Generation Specialist

Overview
We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. You'll drive outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and support the sales team by building a strong pipeline. 1–3 years of experience in lead gen, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude are key.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Generate qualified leads through outbound communication (emails, LinkedIn messages, cold calls).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns to nurture prospects.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
