ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Lead Generation Analyst (LGA) is the data engine of the commercial organization, responsible for sourcing, enriching, and qualifying leads to support the Hunters and Lead Gen & Greenfield Manager. The LGA will ensure a healthy, accurate, and industry-aligned sales pipeline by blending data analytics, digital tools, and market research.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Research & Lead Building
Build and maintain lead databases using data tools and public sources.
Research target accounts and decision-makers by industry.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data.
Data Enrichment & Quality
Enrich contact information (email, phone, role, company size).
Validate data quality through CRM hygiene practices.
Segment leads by vertical and readiness.
