Lead Generation Specialist

A highly detail-oriented and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and preparing sales-ready leads for outreach. This role is critical in fueling the top of the funnel by identifying high-intent prospects primarily from active job advertisements across the APAC and North American markets.

This role works closely with the Growth (Sales) team to ensure a consistent daily flow of qualified, validated, and CRM-ready leads for email sequences and outbound calling.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily lead sourcing from job advertisements (Indeed, Seek, AngelList, etc.) targeting APAC and North America
• Identify and validate named decision-makers linked to active hiring inten

• Use approved lead generation and validation tools to source and verify:

• Full name

• Job title / seniority
• Company name and website
• Business email address (non-generic) <...
