Our client is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. This role is designed for a data-driven marketing professional with strong experience in B2C acquisition and campaign execution. You'll play a key role in building, enriching, and maintaining high-quality contact databases, driving candidate applications, and optimizing outreach campaigns to support recruitment growth objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C, lead acquisition, or demand generation.
- Proven track record driving candidate applications and lead generation
