Lead Generation Specialist

Position Title: Lead Generation/Sales Specialist
Location: Remote/WFH

Responsibilities:
● Cold calling from leads provided
● Follow up with clients
● Establish relationship-to have them call when ready to sell a home
● Great communication skills and minimal accent
● Good head on their shoulders/smart
● Have good prior experience, cant be hand holding.
● Lead Generation- Skip Tracing relatives based off lists given

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
● Very good verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
