Job Description
SatelliteTeams is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our franchise consulting and business ownership advisory services. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective candidates and delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality, sales-ready leads to CTA's brokerage team.
Key Responsibilities
•
- Generate and qualify prospective leads through outbound and inbound outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess candidate fit (budget, goals, timing)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead documentation
- Schedule qualified prospects for CTA advisor or broker conversations
- Follow CTA-approved scripts and compliance standards
- Maintain consistent follow-up to prevent lead leakage
Performance Expectations
- Minimum of 40 qualified leads per month booked into Calendy
- High appointment show rates
