We are looking for an active, motivated and result-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team to execute the lead generation process. You will be responsible for outbound strategy creation and execution, communication with potential leads, work with sales objections and lead nurturing process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define the Ideal Customer Profile for Upwork, identify our value proposition and create service offerings;
Build, maintain, and continuously optimize Upwork profiles according to platform algorithm updates;
