Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting us as we build our marketing approach from the ground up. Our target audience split is approximately 60% B2B Outbound (finding new business clients) and 40% B2C Brand Presence (engaging with our residential communities).

You will work independently to drive day-to-day initiatives and own the digital footprint, while collaborating closely with the leadership team on strategy and content lineup.


Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute an outbound strategy using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify local decision-makers (Office Managers, Directors) in Surry Hills and the CBD.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and qualify leads.
  • Draft and send personalized connection requests and cold emails that start conversations rather than just pitching products.
