Lead Generation Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy. Oversees sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments. Manages referral outreach campaigns to increase inbound and outbound referral opportunities. Supports up to the pre-assessment stage and, when needed, conducts pre-assessment calls to assist the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion. Ensures accurate documentation, disciplined follow-up, compliance, and strict protection of proprietary information.
