Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Team Leader with a strong background in Debt Review to manage, train, and drive performance within our lead generation team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, performance-driven, and fully knowledgeable in industry systems and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Debt Review lead generation agents
• Monitor daily KPIs: calls, talk time, credit reports, handovers, and conversions
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance management
• Ensure agents are compliant with NCR regulations
• Assist agents with live calls, objections, and system-related issues
• Compile and submit daily and weekly performance reports
• Hold agents accountable and implement improvement plans where required
