Fusion Cortex is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Lead Generation, Web Scraping & Data Operations Specialist to build, automate, and scale high-quality prospect databases for outbound sales campaigns. This role combines B2B lead generation, Python-based data extraction, automation workflows, and CRM data operations to directly fuel sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Scraping & Data Extraction

• Develop Python-based scrapers using Selenium, Scrapy, and BeautifulSoup
• Extract structured data from diverse websites with high accuracy
• Handle dynamic websites, pagination, and anti-bot challenges
• Ensure compliance with data sourcing best practices

Data Processing & Storage

• Build automated workflows to clean, format, and structure large datasets
