IT-ConsultSA is a fast-growing South African BPO helping US and UK companies scale by providing skilled offshore teams in Sales, Virtual Assistance, IT, Operations, and Support. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Lead Generators, helping us build a strong pipeline of high-quality B2B clients.
Role Overview:
This is a performance-based role focused on top-of-funnel lead generation. You will research, qualify, and capture potential clients' details for our Sales team. You will not need to close deals, but your work directly contributes to company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify US/UK B2B prospects based on specific criteria (ICP)
Capture fully enriched lead data in CRM (name, job title, company, LinkedIn, email, company size)
Ensure leads are ready for outreach
Maintain daily output and quality standards
Compensation:
Paid per qualified lead: R10–R20 per lead (depending on quality)
