About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generator & Sales Executive who will identify and qualify new business opportunities by searching tender portals and industry databases, extracting and assessing leads, preparing basic quotes, managing CRM activities, and supporting the sales pipeline from first contact through meeting booking and follow-up. This is a hands-on role that combines research, quoting, CRM management (HubSpot), and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research and sourcing: Monitor tender portals, BCI and other industry portals, public procurement sites, and targeted company lists to find new opportunities.
- Opportunity qualification: Scrape and review documents (e.g., Estimate One, tender notices) to assess fit and priority; flag high-potential leads for the sales team.
- Initial quoting: Prepare and send basic, accurate quotes or price indications to clients using company pricing guidelines and templates.
