Role Purpose
Integrate cross-country planning inputs and enable fact-based trade-off discussions with Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate inter-country volume requirements and assumptions
Align planning inputs with Finance (cost, margin, scenario impact)
Build integrated scenarios and planning fact packs
Facilitate cross-country discussions and escalations
Support IBP governance with structured inputs and analysis
Enable enterprise discussions on sourcing and network trade-offs

Make-vs-buy recommendations
Running country planning or IBP cycles
Approving country plans or numbers
Hiring Profile
