Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve faults across IP, SD‑WAN (Versa, Fortinet, Viptela), Voice, Internet, VPN, and Ethernet (L2/L3, MPLS) services.
Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Alcatel, Lucent, and Nokia network devices.
Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS) and switching technologies (STP, ACL).
Manage incidents effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Proactively monitor customer networks and ensure SLA compliance.
Coordinate with international service providers to troubleshoot and resolve faults.
Deliver high‑quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
