Lead Hardware Systems Architect – Relocation Support

Essence Coaching Group, a fast-growing deep-tech biotech startup, seeks a Lead Hardware System Architect in Espoo/Helsinki, Finland. In this full-time role, you will lead the architecture of next-gen diagnostic instrumentation, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in mixed-signal, embedded, or high-voltage electronics. Responsibilities include architecting complex hardware systems, designing PCBs, and developing FPGA solutions. Relocation support is available for new team members.
