Lead - HR Business Partner

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Infosys is looking for a Lead - HR Business Partner within the Human Resources team. In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit-specific performance management initiatives; assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness. Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization.

Travel up to 15% may be required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of work experience including HR domain.
