Role Summary:

The Lead HR Generalist will oversee end-to-end HR operations and partner with business leaders to deliver effective people solutions. This role ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws while driving employee engagement, performance management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage core HR processes: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation support, and offboarding
