Role Overview
The HRBP – Corporate Functions role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle for corporate functions, ensuring effective execution of hiring process, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning initiatives, engagement activities, HR operations, and offboarding. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver consistent, compliant, and people-centric HR services through SuccessFactors (SF), aligned with organizational culture and business objectives.
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Coordinate with hiring managers to manage interview schedules and hiring timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring data in SuccessFactors.
Support offer documentation, pre-employment checks, and hiring approvals.
