Job Description

 
   The role:  
 We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join Royal IHC Ltd based at our Port of Blyth facility. As the Lead HSE Advisor you will take the lead on the management of the company’s HSE policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
 
  
 You will be responsible for: 
 Providing a quality HSE service to the business ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all employees, customers and contractors in adherence to set timelines.
 Carry out HSEQ reviews and audits.
 Ensuring safe systems of work.
 Promote best practice / positive safety culture within the workplace and ensure compliance with company policy / systems / legislation.
 Organise and manage investigations and reports following accidents, serious incidents etc. and ensure that actions agreed to prevent recurrence are implemented.
