Lead HR - International Operations (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Required Experience: 10+ Years (Senior/Lead HR Experience)

Qualification: MBA from IBA, LUMS, or Reputed Foreign University

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across local and international offices
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Implement and support HR digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and international best practices
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies
