Marsh is looking for a talented HR professional to join our Asia People team based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will coach, advise and partner with the business and People Managers to drive people and culture initiatives that support business strategy and strengthen our colleague value proposition. You will be a key member of the Asia People function, working closely with regional colleagues and Global People Experience (HR Center of Excellence) to deliver practical HR solutions and programs.
We will count on you to:
Design and implement people and culture initiatives aligned to business priorities and regional people objectives, including programs that enhance our employer brand, colleague value proposition, and reinforce our collective purpose.
