Lead Industrial Engineer

<p><p><strong>What you will do</strong> </p><p>We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Lead Industrial Engineer to manage large-scale, complex initiatives within our logistics, warehouse, and infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional integration across multiple business units, with a strong focus on warehouse automation and sortation systems.</p><p>The Lead Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving timelines, managing risks, and resolving issues proactively.
