**Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee and monitor construction activities
+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
+ Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
+ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
+ Provide technical guidance and leadership
+ Support project documentation and reporting
