Lead Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the overall in-charge of inspection and construction supervision under the PMC team.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to field inspectors, engineers, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with Ardurra's Project Manager, Engineering Team, and EPCOM Contractor for seamless execution.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections; prepare field reports, NCRs, WIRs, and punch lists.
• Lead site coordination meetings, evaluate progress, and issue field instructions as needed.
• Review and validate project schedules, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
• Monitor construction quality, testing, and inspection processes.
• Support QA/QC and HSE compliance in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
