Lead HVAC Installer

tojoin our growing team in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a skilledprofessional who can take charge of residential installations, lead a crew, andensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation of heat-pump based residential HVAC installation

Superviseand mentor junior installers and helpers

Keepaccurate records all required pre-inspection and post-installationpaperwork

Ensureall work complies with Ontario codes and safety regulations

Communicateclearly with customers and team members on-site

Troubleshootand resolve installation issues as they arise

Maintaintools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition

Required Qualifications:

Musthold one of the following certifications:
