We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer tojoin our growing team in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a skilledprofessional who can take charge of residential installations, lead a crew, andensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation of heat-pump based residential HVAC installation
• Superviseand mentor junior installers and helpers
• Keepaccurate records all required pre-inspection and post-installationpaperwork
• Ensureall work complies with Ontario codes and safety regulations
• Communicateclearly with customers and team members on-site
• Troubleshootand resolve installation issues as they arise
• Maintaintools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
