Lead Instructional Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that enable customers and internal teams to effectively use all solutions. You will focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout onboarding and beyond.

• Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses focused on software product use.
