Lead Integrations Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration engineering or platform development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, scripting, business rules, and MID Servers .
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, JWT ).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control (Git), and automated testing tools.
• Solid troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics, and traces.
• ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge and experience working in global delivery models .

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

• Exposure to ITOM / CMDB / Service Graph
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Gateways, MuleSoft , or similar platforms
• Familiarity with observability stacks and performance testing
