Lead Intelligence Coordinator
to manage data enrichment and phone verification tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, foreclosure, or title companies, and be capable of conducting phone verifications and processing complex data related to properties and liens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enrich Data: Conduct research to gather relevant data, including judgments, property information, and foreclosure details. Perform searches on legal documents and public records.

• Phone Verification: Conduct phone calls to verify information, confirm contact details, and schedule meetings. Ensure that all necessary details are accurately recorded in the system.
