1. Role Purpose

The Lead – Interior Solutions Group will spearhead the strategic, commercial, and operational leadership of Pidilite ‘s Interior Solutions portfolio (including Roff, Dr. Fixit Interiors, Tile Adhesives & Grouts, Wood Finishes & Adhesives, Wall Preparation & Décor solutions).

The role is responsible for driving specifications and conversion with Architects and Interior Designers for projects.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Portfolio & Category Management

• Drive category growth for wood finish, tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing interiors, and woodworking in leading Architect and interior Design Forms.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights for portfolio shaping.
