1. Role Purpose
The Lead – Interior Solutions Group will spearhead the strategic, commercial, and operational leadership of Pidilite ‘s Interior Solutions portfolio (including Roff, Dr. Fixit Interiors, Tile Adhesives & Grouts, Wood Finishes & Adhesives, Wall Preparation & Décor solutions ).
The role is responsible for driving specifications and conversion with Architects and Interior Designers for projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Portfolio & Category Management
Drive category growth for wood finish, tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing interiors, and woodworking in leading Architect and interior Design Forms.
Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights for portfolio shaping.
B. Market Development
Expand footprint in Architect and Interior Design firms by specifying PPS interior solutions.
