Lead, IT Business Analysis - Trading / Investment Bank

Responsibilities:
This role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement, hands-on business analysis, and delivery ownership across a range of strategic and operational projects. The successful candidate will lead a Singapore-based BA team while partnering closely with stakeholders across Middle Office, Market Risk, Product Control, Quantitative Analytics, Finance, Accounting, and Settlements functions. The role requires both leadership capability and the ability to perform complex business analysis independently. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
