What is the opportunity? As a Lead IT Scrum master within Insurance Technology, you will lead/contribute to key insurance technology projects through the use of RBC’s Agile Operating Model, stakeholder management and governance expertise to meet program goals. We are looking for strategic thinker, and passionate agile project management enthusiast to drive and support leadership team on executing data and digital strategy.As a member of a dynamic, fast paced team, this role requires strong project management and extensive scrum master knowledge and experience, effective written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and a demonstrated capability to multi-task effectively.
