Lead Java Developer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have approximately 10 years of experience, with the ability to lead a technical team while actively contributing to development activities. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java technologies, along with proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, database systems, and middleware technologies such as Tomcat, WebSphere, and WebLogic. The role includes responsibilities across both development and operational support (BAU/Ops), with exposure to middleware and enterprise content management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (JDK 1.8+), Spring Boot, JSP, and Bootstrap
Build and integrate backend services and APIs, ensuring performance and reliability
Support BAU/Ops activities including monitoring.
