In this pivotal role reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you will leverage 3+ years of experience in learning or HR roles, applying your expertise to craft high-impact learning solutions. Your responsibilities include developing eLearning modules, managing projects through their lifecycle, and ensuring engagement through best practices while collaborating with HR partners.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver eLearning and instructor-led training • Create engaging learning materials including storyboards and videos • Implement ADDIE and SAM instructional design frameworks • Manage projects and align resources through intake process • Champion best practices in learner-centered design
