**Your key responsibilities**

+ Act as the primary legal advisor to EMEA business and functional leadership
+ Lead and oversee legal support for commercial contracts, strategic initiatives, and complex negotiations
+ Identify, assess, and manage legal, regulatory and compliance risks across EMEA operations
