Lead-level Full Stack Java Engineers

Responsibilities
Lead a full-stack engineering team delivering features across backend and frontend
Lead the development and delivery of backend services and APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot
Architect scalable microservices with a focus on performance, reliability and security
Design backend services using Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) and frontends using Angular/React
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and backend/frontend peers to define technical roadmaps
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, quality standards and scalable architecture decisions
Ensure seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services/APIs
Contribute to deployment and DevOps processes on Azure/AWS
Coach engineers, foster a culture of ownership and support continuous skill development
